a name

My full Vietnamese name is Võ Khánh An. Vietnamese names are written family name first, so Võ is my family name and An is my given name. The name was a spontaneous thought of my dad’s during a naming discussion with my mom. That said, An does carry meaning: it means peaceful in Vietnamese.

places i have been

Sai Gon & Ca Mau (Vietnam), Daejeon (South Korea), Abu Dhabi (UAE), and Ann Arbor (USA) are places I have called home , at least for a while.

I love to travel. So far I have been to 8 different countries: Vietnam, South Korea, Japan, Canada, UAE, Oman, Thailand, and the US. Each place has taught me a lot of lessons.
